GR Shirsad Masvan Expressway Private Limited (“GSMEPL” or the “Company”) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), incorporated on October23, 2020 for implementation of the Project “Construction of Eight lane access-controlled Expressway from Km 26.582 to Km 50.700 of Main Expressway and Km 0+0 to Km 3+000 of SPUR (Shirsad to Masvan Section of Vadodara Mumbai Expressway) in the State of Maharashtra on Hybrid Annuity mode under BharatmalaPariyojana (Phase II-Package XIII)”. GR Infraprojects Limited (GRIL), controls 100% of the equity interest in GSMEPL.

Total Length of Project i.e., 27.118Km joining from Km 26.582 to Km 50.700 of Main Expressway and Km 0+0 to Km 3+000 of SPURand Total Project Cost set forth in financial package as per clause 23.1 of Article 23 is 2747 Cr. The LOA for the project was issued by Authority (NHAI) on 15October 2020 and Agreement was signed on 02December 2020.
